There are many kinds of steamed eggs. Today I will be introducing steamed eggs cooked in not a steamer but in a ttukbaegi directly on the fire. You'll get better every time you try! Why don't you give it a go and make some steamed eggs in a ttukbaegi?


[Ingredients (Servings: 2)]

6 Eggs
Salted shrimp 15g (1 tbsp)
Sugar 5g (1 tsp )
Water 60ml (⅓ cup)
Sesame oil 15ml (1 tbsp)
Sesame seeds 5g (1 tsp)
Spring onions 40g

[Preparation]

1. Cut spring onions and chop salted shrimp.
2. In a bowl, add and mix eggs, salted shrimp, and sugar.
3. When the ingredients are mixed well, put water and mix again.
4. Put mixed eggs in a ttukbaegi and cook over low-medium heat.
5. To prevent the eggs from sticking to the bottom and edge of the ttukbaegi, use a spoon to scrape all sides.
6. When the eggs are done, add spring onions and mix.
7. Use another ttukbaegi that fits the size as a cover and cook over low heat.
8. Add spring onions, sesame oil and sesame seeds on the steamed egg.
