The elbow lever is a very easy static Calisthenics move where you balance your whole bodyweight on your arms. In this tutorial I will teach you how to do the elbow lever in 3 simple steps.

As a great planche prerequisite and addition to your workout, the elbow lever targets your core, abs and arms, and requires nothing but a bit of body tension and balance. It is definitely easier than it look and everybody can learn this Calisthenics move.
