MACARONAGE EXPERIMENT SPATULA VS MIXER // Macaronage experiment using a spatula and mixer to see if one result is better than the other. The same macaron recipe was used for both batches. Macaronage with the mixer was made famous by the YouTube channel Sugar Bean. Watch to see if Amy from the Macaron Academy can replicate Sugar Bean’s success macaronaging with a mixer. You will see in the video resting time for macarons comes into play and Amy is required to macaron troubleshoot. In the experiment, the swiss method is used to make the meringue.
