Gbegiri is a common Nigerian staple soup 🍛mostly cooked and eaten by the yorubas. It is made purely with beans 🫘, highly rich in protein and other nutrients base on the condiments added to it. You can enjoy it with amala, semolina, but I enjoyed mine with tuwo shinkafa 🍚.
Tuwo shinkafa is a swallow made from mashing a parboiled supersoft rice or from a milled rice to form rice flour. It is a northern delicacy in Nigeria.
