200g condensed milk
150g dehydrated or fresh grated coconut (if using dry coconut, hydrate with 100ml of cold water)
120g crystal sugar
150ml of water
▪ Passion Fruit Cocadas
200g condensed milk
150g dehydrated or fresh grated coconut (if using dry coconut, hydrate with 100ml of cold water)
120g crystal sugar
150ml passion fruit juice concentrate
1 passion fruit pulp
** Yield: 16 cocadas approximately
** Validity of coconuts: 7 days
** Validity of coconuts if you want to use glucose: 14 days
