Hello my Beautiful People! Welcome back to the garden! Tonight I am so excited because I got some really cool resin molds a few months ago, but it has been very cold so I have not used them. The weather here in Los Angeles has been lovely and warm in the afternoons for the past few days.. so now its time to play! Lets get started!

The molds I am using are from a company called Into Resin. They are a little more ornate than some molds I have seen: they have a beautiful pebble texture on the bottom and the outer sides have a very cool quilted diamond pattern that is just lovely.
These three molds sell for about $15 dollars each, but they are very high quality and work beautifully. Please be careful, on their website they also sell some handmade molds that can run about $300..
I did NOT buy the expensive ones! Here is the link to their website, lots of fun stuff! thttps://www.intoresin.com/products/diamond-storage-tray-resin-molds?_pos=1&_sid=7bd89dae9&_ss=r&variant=44088337268966hings there!

I am using This Little Piggy pigments in my resin. You can find all their wonderful pigments at
www.Fluid-art.co

I am using Art Resin tonight, which I also got from Fluid Art Co

This Little Piggy
- Zimzelen
- Aquamarine
- Violet Rain

I have used Zimzelen before, and it was so beautiful! I have also used Violet Rain, but this is the first time I'm using Aquamarine. I love all of these colors, they are sparkling and magical.

I mix the pigments directly into the resin, and then pour them into the molds. I did not use a mold release spray but you can if you like. They came out of the molds very easily.

The bottles of Resin I used are a bit older, and the Hardener has yellowed in the bottle a bit.. but once I add the pigments the yellow does not matter and is not visible.

I let the molds cure inside my yurt overnight, and unmolded them about 18 hours after I poured them. I left them out in open air for a few hours and now they are solid and not soft.

I hope you enjoyed this video! I had a lot of fun making these trays! I think they will be awesome either as gifts or as small things to sell at art fairs. I will be using the three I made in my home to hold earring and jewelry.

I would highly recommend pouring the molds and then leaving them to dry in the same spot. Moving a mold full of wet resin is NOT a good idea. Make sure your drying surface is level

Thats it for today! I hope you enjoyed this video! If you did please leave me a Like and comment and let me know what you think! Thanks for watching and I hope you have a beautiful day!

Much love to you all,
~Mina
