Prepare 11 ceramic cups (5.5cm wide x 4cm high)
Ingredients:
A)
60g rice flour
30g tapioca flour
150ml water
1/2 teaspoon alkaline water
**Mix well
B)
70g Gula Melaka/Palm sugar
40g brown sugar
120ml water
1-2 pieces of pandan leaves (knotted)
**cook until sugar dissolve
C)
50g shredded coconut
A pinch of salt
**Mix and steam for 5 minutes
