Ingredients
Minced meat - 600 gr.
Flour - 2 tablespoons.
Eggs - 4 pieces
Yogurt - 400g
Rice - 50 g.
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Preparation method
Season the minced meat and add 50 g of rice. Form meatballs and put them in a saucepan with 1 liter of boiling water with salt and oil.

We prepare white sauce.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt, flour and salt.
Heat the oil with a little oil.
Add the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually add the broth in which we cook the meatballs.
Then pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the meatballs and the remaining broth.
Cook for 5 minutes, season and sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
