400g Bee hoon (soaked) 400克 米粉(浸泡)

8 Tau Pok, diced 8块 豆卜, 切丁
100g Chives, diced 100克 韭菜, 切粒
50g Shrimps 50克 小虾苗
5 Eggs 5粒 鸡蛋
2500ml Water 2500毫升 水
80g Dried shrimp, blended 80克 虾米, 搅碎
100g Salted soya bean paste 100克 幼豆酱
100g Assam 100克 亚参
100ml Coconut cream 100毫升 椰浆
5 Lime 5粒 酸酐
Mee Siam Chilli Paste 米暹辣椒酱 :
4 Red chilli 4条 红辣椒
20 Dried chilli 20条 辣椒干
1 Big red onion 1粒 大洋葱
10 Small red onion 10粒 小葱头
5 Garlic 5粒 蒜头
1 tablespoon Balacan 1汤匙 答拉煎
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
4 tablespoon Sugar 4汤匙 糖
