Diplomat Cream
1. Cream Cheese
60gr gula pasir
125gr cream cheese
3 kuning telur
200gr susu cair
25gr maizena
30gr mentega
- Panaskan susu, jangan sampai mendidih
- Mixer cream cheese dan gula hingga creamy
- Masukkan telur dan maizena
- Sambil terus di aduk, tuang susu panas secara perlahan
- Masak hingga mengental, masukkan mentega, aduk rata
- Tutup atasnya dgn plastik, simpan di chiller minimal 30 menit
2. Coffee
3 kuning telur
80gr gula pasir
30gr maizena
300ml susu cair
5gr nescafe (2gr rasa kopi sedang)
1 sachet kopi instant cappuccino
30gr mentega
- Panaskan susu dan kopi
- Kocok kuning telur, gula pasir, maizena hingga creamy dan gula larut
- Sambil terus di aduk, tuang susu panas secara perlahan
- Masak hingga mengental, masukkan mentega, aduk rata
- Tutup atasnya dgn plastik, simpan di chiller minimal 30 menit
3. Greentea
3 kuning telur
300ml susu cair
80gr gula pasir
30gr maizena
5gr matcha bubuk
30gr mentega
- Panaskan susu
- Kocok kuning telur, gula pasir, maizena dan greentea hingga creamy dan gula larut
- Sambil terus di aduk, tuang susu panas secara perlahan
- Masak hingga mengental, masukkan mentega, aduk rata
- Tutup atasnya dgn plastik, simpan di chiller minimal 30 menit
Untuk Diplomat cream bisa di tambah whipcream cair yang sudah di kocok hingga stiff peak
100-200gr whipcream non dairy atau 50:50

Diplomat Cream
1. Cream Cheese
60g granulated sugar
125g cream cheese
3 egg yolks
200g liquid milk
25g cornstarch
30g butter
- Heat the milk, don't let it boil
- Mixer cream cheese and sugar until creamy
- Add eggs and cornstarch
- While continuing to stir, slowly pour in the hot milk
- Cook until thickened, add butter, stir well
- Cover with plastic, keep in the chiller for at least 30 minutes
2. Coffee
3 egg yolks
80g granulated sugar
30g cornstarch
300ml liquid milk
5gr Nescafe (2gr medium coffee flavor)
1 sachet of instant cappuccino coffee
30g butter
- Heat milk and coffee
- Beat egg yolks, granulated sugar, cornstarch until creamy and the sugar dissolves
- While continuing to stir, slowly pour in the hot milk
- Cook until thickened, add butter, stir well
- Cover with plastic, keep in the chiller for at least 30 minutes
3. Green tea
3 egg yolks
300ml liquid milk
80g granulated sugar
30g cornstarch
5g matcha powder
30g butter
- Heat milk
- Beat egg yolks, granulated sugar, cornstarch and green tea until creamy and the sugar dissolves
- While continuing to stir, slowly pour in the hot milk
- Cook until thickened, add butter, stir well
- Cover with plastic, keep in the chiller for at least 30 minutes
For Diplomat cream, you can add liquid whipcream which has been beaten until stiff peaks form
100-200gr non-dairy whipcream or 50:50
10-20g powdered sugar
