Here is my Mini Trampoline Workout With Hand Weights! We have 5 circuits with 2 moves in each one! We will be working through each circuit 2 times back to back. This workout is straight cardio, with no rest. Please take breaks whenever you need them! Good form is most important! We will be working for 40 secs per exercise!
