Marvellous Mozzarella in Minutes!
In this instructional video, Mary Anne shows you how to make fresh mozzarella at home. This is a recipe for beginners. Traditional mozzarella can take hours to make, but this recipe will have you eating your mozzarella in an hour or less!
This recipe uses cow's milk (not buffalo's milk), so technically it is known as "fior de latte". To most people however, it is just delicious, soft, mozzarella cheese.
Mary Anne and her friend, Sandra, will also show you how to create a traditional Italian Caprese Salad using the mozzarella they made minutes earlier, mixed with tomatoes and basil leaves. Now that's fresh!
