IRT Biryani Masala Powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
Fennel Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumins- 1 tsp
Cloves- 4 to 5
Cardamom- 4 to 5
Black Pepper- 10 to 15
Chinnamon Stick- 2 inch
Green Chilli- 2
Lemon Juice- 1/2 tbsp
Butter Milk/ Curd - 3/4 Cup (150ml)
Rice Preparation:
Basmati Rice- 1 Cup (Wash & Soak it)
Water- As Required
Oil- 1 tbsp
Cardamom- 2
Chinnamon Stick- 2 inch
Star Anaise- 1
Cloves- 4 to 5
Salt to Taste

For Making Biryani:
Oil- 3 to 4 tbsp
Ghee- 1 tsp
Chopped Onion- 2 (Medium Size)
Bay Leaf- 2
Mint Leaves- Handful
Coriander Leaves- Handful
Finely Chopped Onion- 1 (Big Size)
Already Marinated Mutton
Already Fried Onion- Add it at different stages as shown in the video
