Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

gingelly oil- 250 gm
Fenugreek- 1/2 tsp

Garlic- 20 flakes ( Crushed )
ginger - 2 tbs
green chilli- 5 nos
Sambar chillies- 5 nos
Dry red chillies( Crushed ) - 20 nos
Kashmiri chilli powder- 3 tbs
Coriander Powder -3 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Asafoetida powder- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Oil- 1 - 11/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
dry red chillies- 3 - 4 nos
