多几天就是圣诞节啦~ 一起来做简单免烤又超适合圣诞的“奥利奥雪花酥”。不试做还有些对不起自己，哈哈。口感触在牛扎糖和萨其马中间，松脆酥软有嚼劲。切开来，切面满满馅料，青红果干和黑白饼干，颜色超有圣诞气氛。每颗雪花酥切面都不同。口味方面，里面有奥利奥甜味，饼干咸味，蔓越莓干，草莓干和奇异果干的酸味，坚果腰豆香脆，棉花糖淡奶香味, 搭配起来不甜不腻，越吃越喜欢。觉得好吃过牛扎糖了，适合当年饼和圣诞礼物。
收藏方式：做好彻底凉透，室温收密封容器保存。要新鲜７天内吃，密封得好可以保留更长时间。不建议放冰箱冷藏，饼干会变潮。
In few days’ time will be Christmas Day~ Let’s make simple no bake yet super suitable for Christmas "Oreo Snowflake Crisp". Felt sorry if I don't try it, haha. The taste lingers between the texture of nougat and Shaqima, crunchy yet soft chewy. Cut open, cut cross section loaded with fillings, green red dried fruits and black white biscuits, colors are super festive Christmasy. Each snowflake crisp cross section are different. Flavor wise, within there are sweetness of Oreo, saltiness of crackers, tanginess of dried cranberries, dried strawberries and dried kiwi, crunchiness of salted almond and cashew nuts, light milky flavor of marshmallow, combined together not sweet nor greasy, the more you taste it, the more you’ll like it. Personally, I think it is more delicious than nougat, suitable as CNY and Christmas gift.
Storage Method: Let cool completely, store in airtight container at room temperature. For fresher flavors, eat within 7 days, well-sealed can store for longer period. Not recommended to chill in fridge, biscuits will turn soggy.
