30% ÷ 40% = 0.75
0.75 x 300 = 225 (fresh cream)
225 x 40% = 90 (fat content)
300-90-225 = 75
So if you add 75g of milk to 225g of 40% fresh cream
You can make 300g of 30% fresh cream
