Generation 2, was a big success for the pokemon series. Especially cause it rode off the waves the initial boom from gen 1, though unforutnaly for gamefreak all waves need to crash. Around the turn of millienal plenty of new big franchises were taking off in the public eye, and taking space on store shelves. Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire were incredible games, but do they hold up? Do thier remixes and remakes? Does anyone even read these? Idk
