1 porkchop, skin off and scored
pinch of salt
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
cooking oil, for frying
For the katsudon sauce:
1/2 white onion
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
cilantro, for garnish
