To make sweet purple yam paste:
coconut oil 4 tablespoons
mashed purple yam 500g
sugar 6 tablespoons (or adjust to your taste)
*Cut sweet purple yam paste into 3g/piece.
Roll into small balls. Make 15 balls.
*The sweet purple yam paste is more than enough.
Save the leftover for other use.
*Make pumpkin paste in the same method.
Cut pumpkin paste into 3g/piece.
Roll into small balls. Make 15 balls.
To Make the Dough:
Tapioca starch 100g
boiling water about 65ml
glutinous rice flour 10g
boiling water about 7 ml
水晶汤圆
紫薯馅材料(紫薯馅每一粒 3克):
椰子油 4 大勺
紫薯泥 500克
糖 6 大勺 (或自己喜欢的甜度)
注:紫薯馅会有不少剩余, 可做其它甜点。
汤圆面团材料:
木薯粉 100克
开水 65毫升左右
糯米粉 10克
开水 7毫升左右
