下午，一間咖啡廳，一個女孩正在等待她的約會對象。眼看對方遲遲沒有出現，她想到了千百種可能。直到最後，她決定實踐心中的那個令人不安的念頭⋯⋯。
Synopsis:
In the afternoon, at a café, a young woman waits for her date. As time passes and he still hasn't arrived, her mind races with countless possibilities. Finally, she decides to act on a troubling thought that has been lingering in the back of her mind…

導演陳彥竹完美示範在一部極短篇的作品當中敘述最豐富、曲折的人物故事，領銜主演的余佩真細膩地詮釋出了內心對愛情的恐懼、渴望與猜忌。意想不到的情節發展令人回味再三，帶有一種濃濃法式風味。（影評人翁煌德／無影無蹤）
Director Yen-Chu Chen displays great skill in conveying a complex character story in a relatively short film. Lead actress Pei-Jen Yu gives a subtle and nuanced performance, capturing the fear, desire and suspicion that women often experience in the context of love. The plot twists are unexpected and leave a lasting impression, bringing to mind the French New Wave. (Film Critic: Wonder Weng)

The serene black and white imagery and simple locations allow the camera to focus entirely on a young woman's introspective monologue, serving as a perfect contrast to her anxiety. Wrestling with her feelings about intimacy and how she is perceived in the eyes of her lover, she engages in a back and forth internal debate while waiting for her lover. It's a film about love, but not entirely about love. It is a bittersweet, heartbreaking glimpse into the inner world of a woman. (Curator, Film Critic: HSIEH I-hsuan)
