RECIPE: Soft yogurt muffins
3 eggs
120g sugar
100ml seed oil
300g 00 flour
250g plain or vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 sachet of baking powder
For the filling:
blueberries
chocolate chips
jam
spreadable chocolate
COOKING IN A HOT OVEN AT 180° FOR 25 MINUTES
RECIPE: Creamy Baked Cauliflower
ingredients for 4 people
1 cauliflower
1 - 2 carrots
oil, salt, pepper
500ml milk
2 eggs
40g flour or corn starch
2 - 3 tablespoons grated cheese
mozzarella or smoked scamorza
aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage, parsley...)
nutmeg
Bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes
