I recently adjusted the saddle position in the rails and it was not easy to understand whether I made an improvement or found another problem with a potential injury waiting to happen.
Eventually I managed to dial the position in and I’m very happy, let me know if you went through a similar process.
I’m not touching on extreme settings and the impact on saddle height and more/less weight on the front end of the bike. See the link below for my preferred videos on the subject.
