Focaccia is a cross between pizza and ciabatta in taste and texture. The delicious, aromatic and well-fermented dough takes this bread to the next level. Golden, large bubbles on the surface of the bread, a light, crispy crust and an incredibly fluffy crumb, with hints of olive oil, salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Ingredients:
500 g white flour 12.5% protein
410 g water
100 g wheat sourdough starter 100%
25 g olive oil
30 g honey
10 g salt
Additions on the surface to taste
Bake 225 C (~435F) for 25-30 minutes
