肉碎蒸水蛋:
材料:
免治豬肉300克
雞蛋2隻
處理:
豬肉調味:
a. 生粉1/2茶匙
b. 糖1/2茶匙
c. 油1/2茶匙
d. 鮑魚汁1/2茶匙
攪勻,鋪平在碟上。
烹調:
1. 大火蒸豬肉8分鐘。
2. 打勻雞蛋,加1.5倍水分。
3. 豬肉已蒸了8分鐘。
4. 用茶隔過濾蛋根在豬肉上,放一隻碟蓋住雞蛋,繼續蒸6分鐘。
5. 熄火,焗了3分鐘,完成。

Minced pork meat 300g

Preparation:
Season the pork:
a. Tapioca starch 1/2 tsp
b. Sugar 1/2 tsp
c. Oil 1/2 tsp
d. Abalone sauce 1/2 tsp.
Mix well. Flatten meat on plate.
Steps:
1. Steam pork at high flame for 8 minutes in wok.
2. Beat the eggs well. Put 1.5 times water volume of volume of eggs.
3. Pork has been steamed for 8 minutes.
4. Filter egg syrup onto pork. Cover up the eggs with a plate. Continue steaming for 6 minutes.
3. Turn off fire. Leave it for 3 minutes. Serve
