豆腐卜蘿蔔湯
材料：
白蘿蔔一個（約一斤）
豆卜8個
免治豬肉半磅
榨菜30克
芫荽適量
薑2片
處理：
1. 白蘿蔔，去皮，打橫切片。
2. 薑，洗乾淨，切片，拍鬆。
3. 芫荽，切去根部，莖部，切粒，尾部，切段。
4. 豬肉，放碗內。
5. 榨菜，取出一半的份量，切碎，放豬肉內。
6. 豆卜，清水洗乾淨，擎乾水。
7. 豬肉，加入調味料：
a. 生粉2茶匙
b. 油一茶匙
c. 蠔油半湯匙
d. 老抽1／4湯匙
e. 糖2茶匙
f. 胡椒粉適量
撈勻。
8. 豆卜，在表面，剪開少許，肉碎放滿中間。
烹調：
1. 白鑊，中火烘熱薑片。
2. 白蘿蔔，放鑊內。
3. 在鑊內加入大滾水一升，大火滾起。
4. 轉慢火，加入豆卜，冚蓋，大火滾起，燜4分鐘。
5. 加入調味料：
a. 鹽1／3茶匙
b. 糖1／3茶匙
c. 胡椒粉少許
加入榨菜，大火滾起。
6. 完成，倒入大碗內，灑上芫荽碎。
7. 可享用。
Stuffed tofu puffs and radish soup
Ingredients:
White radish 1 No. (about 1 catty)
Tofu puffs 8 Nos.
Minced pork meat 0.5 lb
Sliced mustard tuber 30g
Coriander appropriate amount
Ginger 2 slices
Preparation:
1. The radish, get it peeled. Slice horizontally.
2. Ginger, rinse with tap water. Get it sliced. Beat well.
3. Coriander, cut the root, dice in cubes. Coriander ends, cut in lengths.
4. The pork, put in a bowl.
5. The mustard, take half, chop well. Put in the pork.
6. Tofu puffs, rinse with tap water. Drain.
7. The pork, add seasoning:
a. Tapioca starch 2 tsp
b. Oil 1 tsp
c. Oyster sauce 0.5 tbsp
d. Dark soya sauce 1/4 tbsp
e. Sugar 2 tsp
f. Pepper appropriate amount
Mix well.
8. Tofu puffs, make a cut on the surface. Stuff the meat.
Steps:
1. Plain wok, fry the ginger at high flame.
2. The radish, put in the wok.
3. Add in 1L of boiled-up water, heat up at high flame.
4. Turn to low flame, add in the puffs. Cover up the wok. Heat up at high flame and braise for 4 minutes.
5. Add seasoning:
a. Salt 1/3 tsp
b. Sugar 1/3 tsp
c. Pepper appropriate amount
Add in the mustard, heat up at high flame.
6. Complete. Pour into a big bowl. Put coriander cubes on top.
7. Serve.
