I recently taught a one day mixed media workshop...and as usual, I never finish my demo pieces while teaching a class! In this video I'll create one more piece to add to this series of 4 pieces. In the class we started with a list of 8 elements to add to the surface to get us started:
Let’s Get Started
Choose your color palette
Add background color(s) with paint to all 3) 12x12 boards
Add
1 scribble: Stabilo or water soluble pencil or marker
2 scrapes of printed or handmade paper
1 circle: paper, drawn, dimensional
1 rectangle: paper, drawn, dimensional
1 piece of black and white paper: paint, printed
1 text: papers with text, drawn, painted
1 piece of corrugated cardboard / texture
