Summer gardening. No matter how hot it is, it's enjoyable because it's something I want to do. Most things are enjoyable if they're not obligatory!
A spectacled cobra appeared in my parents' old farmhouse, and pruning the trees in the garden became urgent.
It doesn't seem like the best time for pruning, but there's no other choice. I brought out a stepladder and decided to do what I can on my own.
Working in the garden during the height of summer is too hot, and I'm amazed at myself for doing it, but strangely enough, it has made me somewhat accustomed to the heat, and now I can't stand strong air conditioning.
