Cleaning and gardening at my parents' house. I had been thinking about doing some pruning on the trees in the garden before the Obon festival, and then I received something called a rechargeable reciprocating saw.

I plan to use this to tidy up the branches after pruning. It's my first electric saw, so I was a little nervous, but it feels like I've become a bit more professional? I'm happy about that because cleaning up the pruned branches is no longer a hassle.
However, my pruning skills remain the same, and it seems I was mistaken in thinking that I would change as well just because the tool changed.
The final sprint before the Obon festival is still ongoing.
Next, I will report on the pruning of the Japanese cedar tree around the family shrine, weed trimming, and the hanging cultivation of tomatoes.
