【No-Knead Milk & Honey Bread】

<Ingredients> 1 loaf of bread 184×95×90

200g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
50g Cake flour
3g salt
2,5g yeast
40g lukewarm water (about 40°C)
30g honey (5g+25g)
145g milk (about 35°C)
20g soft unsalted butter

Baking (Preheating to 190°C) Preheat the baking sheet together.
180℃ for about 30 minutes
*Please use this as a guide, as it depends on your oven.

*Temperature of milk.
35°C in winter, 30°C in spring and fall, room temperature in summer.
