The project that had been on the wish list for decades!
The car that has been with me since the beginning, used it to develop all of FuelTech's ECU’s that have been launched up to date, it had several engines and modifications, has already been a drag car, track day car, and now it’s my street car in Brazil (one of them, because now I have the ML63 AMG). I’ve already done all kinds of stuff to the Calibra, but it always lacked something: AWD traction!
The family vacation trip in Brazil also has the purpose of bringing a lot of work to a friend, the famous barbecue scam in Brazil, and one of my great friends Alex Wagner from AW OFF Road is the man that will help me on this mission. In today's video, you will see the beginning of this project, the 4x4 drive train that we will use and the modifications that will be necessary to transform the glorious Calibra C20XE Turbo into a 4x4.
