Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Tofu 3pcs, pat dry and cut into 4 smaller pieces
2. Cucumber few pieces with seeds, cut julienne
3. Carrot few pieces , cut julienne
4. Red onion xhalf, cut slices
5. Green lettuce 1pc
6. White sesame, little
Seasoning (combine together)
1. That chilli sauce 2tbsp
2. Shallot 1pc, slice and rinse.
3. Red chilli padi, diced
4. Kaffir leaf, small part of a leaf. Cut thin slices
5. Calamansi juice, 1 pc
6. Tomato sauce 1tsp
7. Fish sauce few drops
Method
1. Place the cucumber, carrots and red onion in a pot of water. Soak for a while and drain. Set aside
2. Lightly coat the tofu with potato starch and deep fry it till golden brown. Set aside
3. Arrange a piece of green lettuce on a plate, followed by fried tofu. Drizzle some sauce on it. Arrange the vegetables (step 1) on top of the tofu. Drizzle the sauce on it, followed by little white sesame.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
