On a sunny day in early October 2010, a group of residents from Casas de Esper and Ardisa (Zaragoza) went to one of their almond groves to collect the year's harvest. The shells will be used as fuel for the stove and for the stove, and with the fruit or miojo, Pilar Choliz prepared us the two most traditional desserts that are based on almonds: caramelized almonds and guirlache.
