I have been living in Japan for 10 years since my husband was transferred.
We live a simple life with our 4 cats.
I grew up in a dysfunctional family filled with abuse, which took a toll on my self-esteem.
I have cut my wrists repeatedly since I was in my 10s.
Now I suffer from sleep disorders, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder.
I am emotionally unstable, a crybaby, and prone to negative thinking.
I can't leave the house alone, so except for my husband's holidays, I mostly stay at home.
I like alone time.
Only when I'm with my husband makes me feel calm.
In addition to cutting my wrists, I am slowly trying other methods, hobbies and interests to calm myself down. I want to try my best to live my life and find positive ways to spend my time.
On this channel, I record my mood changes, what I learned, and how I enjoy my daily life.
