If you go to the gym or exercise and you are not eating these four victuals then you lose a lot.

In this video we are going to know four victuals which are so important to eat to anyone if they go to the gym or exercise.

Why these four victuals are the most important victuals you should eat if you go to the gym or exercise..

First, we should talk about nutrients which exist fundamentally, they are three as we said before; Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats, these four victual we are going talk about contains nutrients with a very good percentage, we can all use and they are cheap in price because of that they are very healthy and if you don't eat them you lose much, try use them a lot in your food and let's start the video.

The first victual is "Eggs", specially egg whites, egg whites is considered the best source of animal Protein and as we said it's very cheap and easy to cook, but if you want to eat them with an appropriate amount, don't eat more than two eggs per day with whites and yolks, if you want more you can eat any amount of whites only because yolk increases the percentage of Cholesterol in the blood and surly we don't want to increase it. Two eggs are thhe appropriate percentage, if you want to eat more than two eggs to benefit from the Protein, then eat whites only and give the yolks to anyone in home. :'D

The second victual is Oat, Oat is one of best sources of Carbohydrates you can eat, beacuse it contains complex Carbs (Carbs have slow absorption), so if you exercise, then you need it to supply your body with energy in a large interval of time. Try if you will buy Oats, buy the dark type not the light type because the dark type is whole grain, not only contains Carbs but also contains Protein and Fibers, this mixture boosts the process of slow absorption, then you are going to benefit more from it, Oats are very healthy, and if you don't like its taste, I personally don't perfer its taste, so I eat it with milk and bananas and make a mixture, it tasts very good.

The third victuals -and you know it- is Peanuts, surely you know how much I love Peanuts and that's because it's worth it for many reasons, firstly, it contains healthy Fats which doesn't make our Cholesterol increase badly, but fats we really need to maintain our hermones balanced, moreover healthy fats have a lot of benefits.

The fourth victual will be another source of Protein, you might wonder why I give another source of Protein as I gave you a good source of Protein which was Eggs, why are going to give me another source of Protein? Protein is two types; fast absorbed Protein and slowly absorbed Protein and if you go to the gym so you need both of them. Eat the fast absorbed Proteon after the training to make a fast recovery process as you justade a breakdown in your muscles and its tissues, so ypu need to absorb Protein fastly to let your body use it. In the same time during sleep, we sleep 8 hours without eating anything, so we need slowly absorbed Protein, eat it before sleep to supply you with Protein during sleep. Now the fourth victual is Cottage cheese (Quraish cheese), Cottage cheese contains a kind of Protein is called Casein, Casein is a very good Protein as it's a slowly absorbed Protein, it's very fundamental to eat it before sleep if you go to the gym or exercise. Those were the four victuals -in my opinion- if you don't eat them you will lose much. About the amounts, you should calculate your calories from that video -if you don't watch it- to know the amount you need from calories, then you can specify the appropriate amount for you.
