When we go through painful or sad experiences with intense emotions, our body has a physical reaction to it. If we don't allow ourselves to feel and express those emotions in a safe way, eventually, the emotions get trapped in our body. In this Therapeutic Art Activity for Mind Body Connection, you'll be guided to tune in to map those emotions on your body to start healing from the inside out. No art experience is needed to benefit, this activity is open to anyone who is wanting a creative way to connect the mind and body.
