Delicious eggplant caviar for the winter.
Ingredients:
eggplants - 3 kg
tomatoes - 1.5 kg
pepper - 1.5 kg
onion - 1 kg
oil - 400 g
garlic - 80-100 g
tomato paste - 2 tbsp
sugar - 60 g (3 tablespoons)
salt - 40 g (2.5 tbsp)
Output from this amount of vegetables, 8 cans of 0.5 l each.
