Ingredients:

For the Chocolate Cake:
3/4 cup (180g) Milk at room temperature
1/3 cup (75g) Vegetable oil
1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
3 large eggs at room temperature
1 + 1/2 cup (180g) All-purpose flour
1/2 cup (45g) Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp (8g) Baking powder
1/2 tsp (3g) Baking soda
1/4 tsp (1g) Salt
1 cup (180g) Brown sugar
1/2 cup (120g) Water (slightly warm)

For the Milk Chocolate Frosting:
2 cups (300g) Milk chocolate
1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup (135g) Powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
1 + 1/3 cup (300g) Cream cheese at room temperature

For the Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 cup (75g) Semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp (30g) Milk at room temperature*
*Note: If using milk chocolate, reduce the milk to 1 tablespoon.
