Whole Food Plant Based Cracker

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup whole grain (millet, quinoa, oat groats, - any whole grain!)
1 cup water
(You may need to add a bit more if your blender has trouble - Add 1 tbsp at a time)
Seasoning
Directions:
+Blend the water and whole grain until smooth
+After you've blended pour onto parchment paper
+Smooth batter out evenly
+Sprinkle on seasoning
+Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 40 minutes
If you want a crispy cracker make your batter thin and bake for 25 minutes
If you want a softer cracker make your batter thicker and bake for 40 minutes
*This also makes a wonderful thin pizza crust - bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, add tomato sauce and toppings - bake for 5-10 minutes more*
