Part One: Mix 1 cup water with 2/3 cup oats and blend
Part Two: Add in the following and blend again
3/4 cup blueberries
1 banana
1-2 pitted date
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon flax (chia) meal
1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
