A. Butterfly pea juice (you can use plain water or pandan juice instead)
150 ml of water
20 dried pea flowers

Pandan leaves 60 grams (6 - 12 leaves, depending on size)
280 ml of water

C. Coconut for tossing
1 grated shredded coconut (400 g)
2 teaspoons of salt

1 liter lime water
200 g (1.5 cups) rice flour
75 g tapioca flour (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
120 grams (10 tablespoons) sugar
Palm sugar 150 g (7.5 tbsp)
100 ml butterfly pea juice (if you don't have it, you can use plain water or pandan juice instead)
220 ml pandan juice
