The inside of the bread is filled with milk cream, and the outside is so soft with soft castella bread crumbs!
If you drink it with milk, it's the best. 🤤

[Recipe]
🐶White Roll (100g 11 pieces) 160 degrees preheating 150 degrees 12-13 minutes
⭐️I used Genuwaz recipe for Castella bread crumbs!
-Strong flour 680g
-Dry yeast 20g
520g of milk
- 55g of unsalted butter
-4g of salt
80g of sugar
- 55g of starch syrup
1. Put strong flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl and mix lightly.
2. Add milk and starch syrup and return it with a stand mixer step 1 until the raw powder disappears.
3. Turn it 5 steps for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Add the room temperature butter, return it to five steps, and increase the dough by hand to check the gluten.
(The dough will break, but if it stretches, finish.)
5. Put the dough in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap for 40 minutes.
(The dough needs to be doubled
6. Divide the dough 100g at a time and circle it for 10 minutes after the second fermentation.
7. Put some powder on the dough, remove the gas, and mold it by baguette molding.
8. After panning in an oven pan, ferment it to double the size, and bake it in the oven at 150 degrees for 12 minutes.
9. After cooling the baked bread, cut it in half and add milk cream.
10. Apply whipped cream on the outside of the bread and coat it with castella bread crumbs.
*Milk cream
