فطيرة الشام:
اربع حبات بيض
كوب سمن
كوب لبن
ملعقه كبيره حبة البركه
ملعقتين صغار خميره فوريه
ملعقتين كبار سكر
اربعه اكواب دقيق الشام
كوبين دقيق ابيض
ملعقه كبيره ملح
صفار البيض للوجه
Cornmeal bread:
4 eggs
1 cup of ghee
1 cup of buttermilk
1 tbsp of black seeds
2 tsp of yeast
2 tbsp of sugar
4 cups of cornmeal flour
2 cups of all Purpose flour
1 tbsp of salt
