阿霞从姑妈家拿了一些她们做的豆豉来。这个是我们云南这边的豆豉,用它搭配猪蹄、大骨头一起炖煮,加入一些红糖和辣椒,炒出香气四溢的味道。炖两个小时,皮子化了,味道浓郁,香喷喷的。最后,加入蒜苗一同享用,非常好吃!而且这道菜真的是满满的家乡味,每一口都让人感受到温暖和幸福。朋友们都吃过豆豉吗?
I brought some homemade fermented soybeans (douchi) from my aunt's house. This is the kind we have here in Yunnan. We used it to cook with pig trotters and large bones, adding some brown sugar and chili to stir-fry until the aroma was mouthwatering. After simmering for two hours, the skin softened, and the flavor became rich and fragrant. Finally, we added garlic sprouts to enjoy the dish—so delicious! This dish truly carries the taste of home, and every bite brings warmth and happiness. Have you ever tried fermented soybeans?
