夏天来了,阿霞去摘了满树的青梅,泡了一坛最爱的青梅酒,又给家人做了一道酸酸甜甜的青梅烧排骨。排骨煎得焦香,再加上梅子的清爽,吃一口就停不下来。最后还用青梅做了云南风味的腌梅子,酸得过瘾!这是属于云南的夏日味道,也是阿霞最爱的季节。
Summer has arrived, and A Xia picked a tree full of green plums, brewed a jar of her favorite plum wine, and cooked a sweet and sour plum-braised pork ribs dish for her family. The ribs were pan-fried until crispy and golden, and paired with the refreshing tang of green plums—they were simply irresistible. She even made a Yunnan-style pickled plum snack, delightfully sour and flavorful! This is the taste of summer in Yunnan, and it's A Xia’s favorite season of all.
