Friends, I baked this cake and just couldn't help but share this recipe with you! Everything is prepared quickly, simply and clearly from completely available products. And at the exit there is such beauty and deliciousness! And as an elegant bonus, if everything is done according to the recipe, real cherry dew forms on the surface of the cake. I strongly recommend preparing it for yourself and your relatives :) according to Oksana Kostyk's recipe with some of my changes.

Products

Curd mass:
600 g of cheese
150 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
5 egg yolks
100 g sour cream
20 g of corn starch

Dough:
4 eggs
150 g of sugar
50 g of odorless oil
200 g of fat kefir
250 g of flour
30 g of high-quality dark cocoa
1 pack (I have 18 g) baking powder

Protein layer:
5 proteins
130 g of fine sugar
20 g of lemon jelly (pudding)
20 g of cherry jelly (pudding)
Or instead of jelly (puddings) take 40 g of corn starch
