पौष्टिक दुधी भोपळ्याचं थालीपीठ करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १/२ कप / ५० ग्रॅम पोहे
• १ कप / ८० ग्रॅम किसलेला दुधी भोपळा
• २ कप / ३०० ग्रॅम ज्वारीचं पीठ
• ४~५ लसूण पाकळ्या
• ४~५ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• १ चमचा जिरं
• १/२ चमचा ओवा
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ कप / २० ग्रॅम बारीक चिरलेली मेथी
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• जरुरीनुसार तेल

Let’s see how to make healthy Dudhi Bhopla Thalipeeth today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. Those who don’t like dudhi bhopla, will enjoy the thalipeeth and won’t come to know that it contains dudhi bhopla. It turns out nice and crispy. This recipe doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make it from very few ingredients those are readily available in your pantry. We have started a series of dinner recipes. This is one of them. Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup / 50 gm Poha
• 1 cup /80 gm grated Dudhi bhopla / Bottle gourd
• 2 cups / 300 gm Jwari flour
• 4~5 Garlic cloves
• 4~5 Green chilies
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup / 20 gm finely chopped Methi leaves
• Water as needed
• Oil as needed
• White Sesame seeds
Method:
• Wash pohe really good and soak them in enough water.
• Peel and grate the dudhi bhopla.
• Crush soaked poha well and add jwari flour.
• Blend garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds and ajwain well together into coarse paste and add that.
• Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, methi leaves and bottle gourd and
mix everything well together.
• Add water and knead soft dough.
• Take small portion and make it smooth and even.
• Spread oil on a skillet and sprinkle few sesame seeds on it.
• Place the dough ball on it and pat it into a thin thalipeeth.
• Make hole at the center and add oil in it.
• Cover it with lid and turn the gas on.
• Roast thalipeeth until it is cooked well from both sides.
• When lower side is roasted well, flip the thalipeeth over and roast well from other side too.
• When thalipeeth is roasted from both sides, take it off on a wore rack. Dudhi bhopla thaalipeeth is
ready.
• You can make 6 thalipeeth of 8” diameter. It is enough for about 2-3 people.
• You can serve it with curd, peanut chutney and pickle.
