1. Blanch two handfuls of peeled sweet potato stems in boiling water for about 3 minutes, rinse in cold water, and drain in a colander Put it in a bowl and mix it well.

2. Chop 1/2 onion, cut 1 green pepper and 1 red pepper in half and chop them diagonally. Chop 1/2 green onion into thin strips.

3. Add 1 tbsp. soybean paste, 2 tbsp. plum extract, 1 tbsp. red pepper powder, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, 2 tbsp. perilla seed powder, and 0.5 tbsp. garlic to a bowl and mix well.

4. Add sweet potato stems, onion, red pepper, and green onion to this and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and it's done.

[Beef brisket soybean paste stew]
1. Prepare 300g of beef brisket.
2. Blanch 1 bunch of brisket in boiling water, drain, and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a bowl.

3. Add 2 tbsp. soybean paste, 1 tbsp. red pepper powder, 1 tbsp. fish sauce, and 1 tbsp. garlic to this and mix well.

4. Add 2 tbsp. sesame oil to a pot. Add meat and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and stir-fry until meat turns white.
5. Add the seasoned cabbage and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then pour in 1L of rice water and boil.
6. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 15 minutes.
7. Add 1 bunch of green onion, 2 green peppers, and 1 red pepper and simmer for a little longer to finish.

[Grilled Mackerel]
1. Wash the pickled mackerel in water and remove moisture with a paper towel.
2. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add the mackerel and cook until golden brown on both sides.
