材料表（一）：
五指毛桃180克
淮山50克
蓮子50克
茨實30克
百合50克
洋薏米40克
海玉竹40克
圓肉50克
蜜棗2粒
陳皮一角
材料表（二）：
粟米一支
紅蘿蔔一個
西施骨一斤
處理：
1. 五指毛桃，切開一段段，清水浸。
2. 材料表（一）的所有材料（圓肉除外），清水浸20分鐘。
3.在鑊內加入清水一升，加入西施骨，大火滾起。
4. 另一邊，大火在煲內煲滾清水5升。
5. 紅蘿蔔，去皮，洗乾淨，切一舊舊。
6. 粟米，去皮，洗乾淨，切一舊舊。
7. 西施骨已出水，清水洗乾淨，擎乾水。
8. 五指毛桃，清水沖洗至完全乾淨，擎乾水。
9. 材料表（一）的材料，清水沖洗乾淨，陳皮，刮去囊，清水洗乾淨，擎乾水。
10. 圓肉，清水洗乾淨，放材料表（一）。
烹調：
1. 大火在煲內煲滾清水5升。
2. 在煲內加入材料表（一）及（二）內所有材料，冚蓋，大火滾起，轉中慢火煲90分鐘。
3. 湯，已煲了90分鐘，熄火，焗2小時以上。
4. 飲用前，大火滾起。
5. 完成，可享用。

Ingredients (1):
Hairy fig 180g
Dried yam 50g
Dried lotus seeds 50g
Euryale seed 30g
Dried lilly 50g
Pearl barley 40g
Polygonatum root 40g
Dried longngan 50g
Candied dates 2 Nos.
Dried orange peel 1 pc
Ingredients (2):
Sweet corn 1 No.
Carrot 1 No.
Pork bones 1 catty
Preparation:
1. Hairy fig, cut in lengths. Soak in tap water.
2. All items in Ingredients (1), except the dried longngan, soak in tap water for 20 minutes.
3. Add in 1L of water in a wok. Add in the pork bones, heat up at high flame.
4. On the other side, heat up 5L of water at high flame in pot.
5. Carrot, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces.
6. Sweet corn, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces.
7. Pork bones have been boiled well, rinse thoroughly. Drain.
8. Hairy fig, rinse thoroughly until it is totally clean. Drain.
9. Items in Ingredients (1), rinse thoroughly. Dried orange peel, remove sac. Rinse with tap water. Drain.
10. Dried longngan, rinse thoroughly. Put in the Ingredients (1).
Steps:
1. Heat up 5L of water at high flame in pot.
2. Add in all items in Ingredients (1) and (2) in the pot. Cover it up. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 90 minutes.
3. The soup has been boiled for 90 minutes, turn off fire and leave it for 2 hours or more.
4. Heat up before consumption.
5. Complete. Serve.
