To make the cream inside match the dough more closely, the doughnut dough is also filled with cream, and the water used for preparation is also milk.

▷Ingredients(7 donuts):
■Donuts dough
180g bread flour
70g cake flour
30g sugar
3g slt
3g instant dry yeast
50g heavy cream
140g ~ milk
25g unsalted butter

■Whipped cream
150ml heavy cream
20g sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
powder sugar

▷How to make:
1. make the doughnut dough. Mix together strong flour, light flour, sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast.
2. Add cream and milk and mix until combined.
Transfer the dough to a table and knead until the surface is smooth and not sticky. (The best dough temperature at this point is about 25℃.)
Add unsalted butter brought to room temperature and knead until the butter is incorporated and the dough is smooth. (The best kneading temperature is 28°C.)
4. Clean the surface, place in a bowl, cover, and ferment in a warm place for about 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
5. Release the dough, cut into 7 equal pieces, each weighing 70g, and roll into a ball. Cover with a wet cloth and let rest for 15 minutes.
6. Release the gasses again, roll the dough out again, flatten it and place it on a cookie sheet. Ferment the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
7. Heat oil to 170℃. Place the doughnut dough on the cookie sheet and fry for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side. Turn over and fry for another 1 1/2 to 2 minutes (3 to 4 minutes total).
8. Drain oil and let cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
9. Beat cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in ice water until stiff peaks form. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste.
