Palak paneer is one of the popular main course veg sabzi in Indian cuisine.
Made with spinach and paneer. Very tasty and esay to make recipe is served with roti or nan.
Ingredients-
Spinach – 12 bunch
Cottage cheese(paneer)- 250 gms
For green masala-
2 onions,2 tomatoes, 6 green chillis,15 garlic cloves, ½ inch ginger and coriander.
1 tsp cumin seeds and salt
2 tbsp cream.
Oil
Method-
Blanched spinach for few minutes.once done. Keep is cold water for few mins. then by adding 2 tbsp cream blend into fine paste. Fry paneer and keep aside. Grind all ingredients of green masala and make fine masala.
In pan heat 2 tbsp oil,put cumin seeds. Add green masala and cook for 5 mins . put spinach paste and cook for 3 to 4 mins. add salt . add paneer and cook for more few mins. once done serve with roti or Nan.
